The Great Delay
Almost every project is going to experience some kind of derailment before completion. Its just hard to find four consecutive years without a move, job change, marriage, major home renovation, or in my case - all of the above. My wife and I unknowingly purchased the mother of all fixer uppers. It set the first flight back by at least a year. The pictures below speak for themselves.
